These terms govern the use of Resiflow, the Mentech platform for homeowners association management. By contracting or using the Service, the community and its users accept these conditions.
Resiflow is cloud software to manage residential, commercial and mixed communities: dues, expenses, gate, vehicles, bookings, assemblies, requests, packages, notice board and intercom. The agreement is entered into with the community or its legal representative.
The Service may not be used for:
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle. The community may cancel before renewal and the Service stays active until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, there are no refunds for partial periods.
Community information belongs to the community. We process it as a processor under the Privacy policy and only use it to operate the Service. When the relationship ends, the community can export its information and we then delete it according to the law.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and schedule maintenance in advance when it implies downtime. Support is handled by email during business hours. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors.
The Service relies on payment gateways, email, storage and notification providers. Those services have their own terms and may fail for reasons beyond our control; when that happens, we help manage the issue with the provider.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data uploaded by the community, for assembly or administration decisions, or for how users use the information. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the Service in the last twelve months.
The software, brand and documentation are ours. The community retains ownership of its data and only grants us the permission needed to provide the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of a paid cycle. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately in case of prohibited use, a security risk or a legal obligation, informing the reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rules.
We may update these terms. We publish the current version with its date and, if the change is material, we notify the administration with reasonable notice before it takes effect.
