Pricing questions
What does the plan include?
Every module: dues and payments, expenses and balance, gate and visits, vehicles and parking, bookings, assemblies and voting, requests, packages, notice board and intercom. Unlimited users, no mandatory add-ons.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every published amount is in Colombian pesos and includes 19% VAT.
How is a property counted?
Apartments, houses and retail units registered in the community. Parking spots and storage units are not billed separately.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. The change applies at your next renewal, and the annual plan means paying 10 months for 12.
What if I have more than 2,000 properties?
The price is quoted based on the community operation. Contact us and we will send a proposal.
